At Home Chest Workout

All you need is your body. No equipment, no excuses 

  • Explosive push-ups (inner, normal, wide)
  • Tiger bends 
  • Pseudo push-ups 
  • Normal push ups

Complete as a circuit. First set 10 reps of each, second 9 reps, third 8 etc all the way down to ZERO. Rest 30s between exercises and 1 minute between sets.
